Equipment Introduction:

●The equipment is mainly used for cutting the shape of FPC/PCB flexible circuit boards, soft hard bonding boards, FR4 and other multi-layer boards, as well as opening windows and covers for covering films. Also applicable to glass, transparent polymer materials, and plastics;

●Adopting a semiconductor UV laser with high beam quality, high peak power, and narrow pulse width for "cold" processing, with a small heat affected zone, high cutting quality, and optimized optical focusing system design;

●Precision linear worktable and fully closed-loop CNC system, granite machine reduces inertial vibration generated by motion, ensuring high precision at the micrometer level while maintaining fast cutting;

●CCD visual intelligent automatic positioning, professional image acquisition card and optical camera system, automatic positioning correction, focus capture and fast and accurate;

●Specialized high negative pressure dust extraction and filtration system ensures the removal of cutting dust, preventing splashing and pollution; Adopting a vacuum adsorption platform to ensure the stability and flatness of the product.

●Professional research and development of control software, user-friendly interface, powerful functions, easy operation, suitable for almost all design file formats and arbitrary shapes in the current electronic processing field.

Flexible circuit boards such as CCM modules, RF soft hard bonding boards such as post mounted PCB boards, ceramic soft film sheets, organic films, pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets (PSA), acrylic sheets, CCL thin copper foils, CVL cover films, PET/PI reinforcement sheets, FR-4 and other polymers, functional films such as silicon and metal oxides, and hard and brittle materials.
